I was asked recently what differentiates me from other real estate agents. I had to think about that. Yes, I have lots of experience. Yes I am good at marketing, technology, negotiations etc. That is all my training. That is the years and classes I have put in to this endeavor. That is not what makes me different from other agents. I believe that life experience has made me different from other agents. Living my life, raising my children, caring for parents and family. Enjoying all of the good times that life has to offer and also suffering and surviving when life gets difficult. Knowing what loss feels like. This has given me a certain empathy and compassion for people when I sit down with them to discuss buying or selling. I listen to their stories, I get a clear picture of their goals and what is important to them, and what isn’t. Based on that, I help them come up with a plan to get to the next phase. You see, people entrust me with one of the most important decisions of their life and I never take that for granted. I am in the service business. I am here to serve. When someone calls me, it is because they need someone that they can trust, that has the skills, and experience to guide them through this process. I am honored to do this. I take it seriously, and work as diligently as possible to get the job done. I have made contacts over the years that I trust and enlist them to help in the process too. This isn’t something you can do overnight. This is years of building relationships. That is what I do. It is my utmost pleasure to help buyers and sellers add another chapter to their stories. To help them make new memories. To achieve their goals. I wouldn’t want to do anything else. Thanks for reading, and if I can help you in the purchase and sale of real estate know that you will get an agent who cares and will take very good care of you.
